・PMPの更新時期が迫っているが、PDUが足りなくて困っている人
PMPを更新するためには、3年間でPDUを60ポイント獲得する必要があります。
しかし、たいていのPMは仕事が忙しくて気が付いたらPMPの更新期限が近付いていた、という人が大半ではないでしょうか。
そこでこの記事では、PDUを簡単にかつバランス良く申請できるような申請ガイドとして作成しました。
ぜひこの記事を活用して、PMPの申請をちゃちゃっと済ませて本業のPM活動にに邁進してください。
PMP更新方法の概要
PDU申請データ登録上の注意点
●PDUの登録は、以下のカテゴリーごとに登録が必要
・PMP更新に必要なPDU：60PDU（3年間）
・Education 35PDU以上（最大 60PDUまで可能）
・Giveback 25PDU以下
●PMIタレント・トライアングルの要素毎に登録内容を整理する。
・Educationについては以下のタレント区分毎に8PDU以上登録する必要がある。
※2022年4月よりPMIタレント・トライアングルが改定されました。新しいトライアングル要素名と従来の要素名との対応は以下のとおりです。
Ways of Working （働き方） ← Technical Project Management
Power Skills （パワースキル） ← Leadership
Business Acumen （ビジネス感覚） ← Strategic and Business Management
（※あまり要素内容は気にず、PDU時間を振り分ければよいと思います。最近のPMIはよくわからんですね。。。）
※納得がいかない方はPMI Japanの説明ページ、またはPMI本部の該当ページを参照ください
【注】Giveback活動については、ポイントの条件は特に無い
【注】各活動についてはエビデンスも要求される（監査のとき）

PDU申請データ登録の方針（案）
PDU申請にはいろいろな考え方があると思いますが、ここでは以下の考え方でPDU申請をします。
本は4～5冊で、全て外国の書籍（翻訳版を勉強する）
・Givebackは以下の2つとする
①Work as a practitioner（PM実務）
②Create content（コンテンツ作成）
【理由】
１．EducationとGiveackの2種類でPDUを申請する
・全てEducationのReadだけも可能だが、PDUのバランスが悪い
・2つのカテゴリーに分けて目立たないようにしたい
２．EducationではReadを選択し、外国書籍で申請する
・Readがいちばん簡単に申請できる
・外人が申請内容を確認するため、英語書籍がベスト
（日本書籍だと内容が不明で問合せの可能性が高まる）
３．Givebackは2種類に分けて申請する
・2項目に分けることで目立たなくなる
・Work as a practitionerは実質エビデンス不要
・Create contentは後でエビデンス作成が簡単
※最悪、Create contentなしでもOK
要するに、簡単に60PDU申請を一括申請でき、監査のリスクを減らせるということです。

PDUを「読書(READ)」で稼ぐ方法～おすすめ本の紹介

（しっかり入れると、監査が当たりにくくなると言われている（噂です））

I think this book is well written in short segments about various aspects of remote work and telecommuting. And I think this book is very useful for thinking about remote work. As a result, I now realize that remote work is easier to implement than I thought.

プロジェクトマネジメント関係の仕事をする上では、PMPを維持するに越したことはありません。
